Ongoing Lesson Registration
We have officially reached maximum capacity for our Ongoing Lessons enrollment through the summer months.

When you register for weekly ongoing lessons you will be automatically enrolled into our month-to-month registration. Withdraw requests must be made 30 days or more prior to the date you would like to end lessons.
To withdraw your enrollment or request a change in your schedule, please fill out the appropriate form under the enrollment tab!
You are welcome to submit a request for enrollment at any time. When filling out the enrollment form, you will be directed to set up a Pike13 account with us, sign a waiver, and save payment information to your profile.
If we have lesson times available, we will enroll you into one of your requested days and times. We will email you a confirmation, put the lessons into our scheduling system (Pike13) and begin charging monthly payments.
If we do not have anything currently available, we will add you to the waitlist and let you know when an opening becomes available.
Ongoing lessons can be scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00am-7:30pm, and weekends from 8:00am-6:00pm. In the registration form, we will ask you for a minimum of a 1.5 hour time window.
Morning and early afternoon spots are likely to have better availability, so if you have the flexibility to do so please enter that information.
All of our ongoing lessons are scheduled in 30-minute time blocks unless your child is under one year of age. If your child is younger than one, you may register for a 15 or 30 minute lesson.
If you do start your kiddo at 15 minutes and plan to eventually bump the length up to 30 minutes in the future, please keep in mind that we may not be able to keep you at your same time and instructor when you are ready to extend your lessons.
CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel a lesson. When you cancel a lesson, that lesson will go into your child’s “reschedule bank” in their account. Up to two reschedules can be rolled over into the next month (this is an ongoing rollover for as long as you are enrolled with us)!
To reschedule lessons, you can login to your child’s Pike13 account and book online, or you can txt, email or call us!
Our instructors often have many other things in life they are juggling (school, other jobs, kids, etc.) so their schedules are subject to change. While we do our best to encourage them to keep their same schedules, they sometimes need to change schedules and if that happens we will do our best to pair your child with a similar instructor.
Payment and Changes
Billing will occur on the first of each month. The monthly cost for lessons covers four lessons per month, and can be found on our pricing page. If you are enrolling or canceling in the middle of the month, your first or last bill will be prorated by the number of lessons that fall within that time frame.
We do not prorate monthly bills for canceled or no-show lessons. Monthly bills will cover four lessons a month regardless of any closed days that month. Any days that we are closed will be added into your kiddos “reschedule bank”!
SCHEDULE CHANGE AND WITHDRAW REQUESTS

Withdrawing from Lessons
We ask that you give us 30 days notice prior to the date you would like to withdraw from lessons. We will determine your end date based on when we receive your withdrawal request. To fill out the Withdraw Request, please go to Withdraw Request.
